You must have completed a 60 hour pre-license course required by the Alabama Real Estate Commission to get an Alabama real estate license. This course does not satisfy the requirement. It is designed to complement your study and teach you how to pass the exam.
About the Course:
This is a comprehensive review of the real estate course designed to help you pass the state exam. You will spend two days going back through all of the material in a review mode. There will be time for Q&A's to clear up areas that you found difficult to understand.
Test-taking tips will be provided to help relieve test day anxiety.
You will leave the class with a book designed to condense the subject matter into a concise format covering the most important aspects of the state exam. Also included in this book will be practice exams.
It will be two really full days. Come prepared to learn.

Instructor: Donnis Palmer
Donnis has 20 years experience as a certified instructor, including Salesperson Prelicense, Broker Prelicense, Reciprocal license & Continuing Education. Donnis earned a BS in Education from Auburn University. She serves as a member of the Education Advisory Committee for the Alabama Real Estate Commission and as a senior member of the ACRE Leadership Council. She has former experience as a Corporate Training Manager for a real estate company in Gulf Shores and as a School Administrator for a real estate company in Birmingham. Donnis' philosophical beliefs of adult learning strategies have allowed her to successful guide her students to success in passing regulated exams as well as successful careers in real estate.
