This distinguished group of panelists includes Rudy Hornsby, Huntsville Hospital Health System; Joey Ceci, Breland Companies; and, Mecca Musick, Enfinger Development. During the session, Conway intends to highlight the commercial real estate successes and strategies of the panelists’ organizations while providing a market snapshot of Huntsville.

Rudy Hornsby is the senior vice president, operations (support services) at Huntsville Hospital Health System. The system is the second-largest hospital in Alabama and includes hospitals in Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Decatur, Sheffield, Moulton and Red Bay. Its annual economic impact exceeds $1 billion with more than 1,800 patient beds and 14,000 employees across North Alabama. Hornsby will speak about the hospital’s current and upcoming projects around Huntsville to include the new orthopedic tower.

Joey Ceci is the president of Breland Homes. Breland Homes was founded over 40 years ago and is now one of the most trusted names in the home building industry. Ceci will be speaking specifically about Breland Homes’ role in Town Madison. This development is a 563-acre modern, walkable, urban community that creates connectivity, community and a cultural experience in a more meaningful way than traditional developments. Breland Homes is responsible for the first phase of single-family homes and town houses, the site’s 1000 luxury apartments and retail leasing.

Mecca Musick is the vice president of sales and development for Enfinger Development. Enfinger Development is a prominent developer of residential communities and is committed to balancing land use with preservation. More than one-third of land developed by Enfinger Development has been dedicated to green space. Musick will be sharing information about Hays Farm, a new mixed use development in South Huntsville. The 850-acre development will include high-end housing, a nature preserve, an entertainment district with restaurants, retail and condos, city parks and a dog park.
