Inventory: Total condos listed for sale in March declined 67.3% year-over-year from 731 to 239 listings. Months of supply decreased from 4.8 to 0.8, reflecting a market where sellers generally have elevated bargaining power.

Pricing: The Baldwin County condo median sales price in March was $472,500, an increase of 33.1% from one year ago and an increase of 21.2% from February.
